The space
It's a warm and cozy apartment. Although we're in the heart of Palenque, it may be noisy in the mornings due to the momentary traffic, but it's mostly very quiet and above all safe.
We live next door, so if you have any questions or concerns, there will almost always be at least one family member available.
The property is a small building that consists of a ground floor with 3 premises and on the first floor the apartments and a university office that only admits people from 8 to 2pm. The same staircase leads to the next and last level but it is blocked since it is planned to continue expanding.
Guest access
We are exactly in front of the Torre Medica Palenque. If you search on Google Maps it will be easier to locate us. The access is a metal fence with horizontal bars, where you will find the lockbox with the key to the fence, although the fence is open from 6:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM,
Upon entering and going up to the first level, you will find the apartment on the right with another lockbox with the apartment key.
During your stay
As I mentioned, we live next door, so there will almost always be a member of our family, so if necessary you can be attended to or directly in the Airbnb app
Other things to note
Palenque is usually very hot, for your information... from March to November it is hot; but the hottest point is in summer, its maximum point has been 48°C.
From December to February the weather is mild, the temperature has reached at least 15°C and a maximum of 30°C.
So we suggest you consider your outfit when you want to arrive in Palenque.
