Our historic limestone home was built in 1926 by Harry Denato, a renown Italian Stone-cutter, and comes with two cats and lots of history! The ZEN ROOM was added in the '40's and it's cozy simplicity and warmth accomodates two and elicits a feeling of calm and serenity. This room in THE BASEMENT and has two 1/2 windows near the ceiling. Your sleeping in The Heart of Bloomington! Walk to Restaurants, enjoy family-friendly activities, nightlife, and Indiana University!
Our neighborhood is historic, safe, beautiful, and a joy to walk around any time of day into the evening. Our home is inviting, authentic, eclectic, well appointed and comfortable. We are IU grads, well traveled, well fed, well informed and hospitable. We have a new subscription to the New York Times on Weekends, and listen to NPR and local radio. You can borrow a radio, too.

Please DO NOT BRING HIGH VOLTAGE PLUG IN APPLIANCES LIKE A HEAT PLATE, toster, microwave, fridge, space heater. Some Hair dryers and curling irons may disrupt the electric flow in the basement, so these beauty items may be used upstairs. Just ask your host. NO SMOKING.
