The space
This home is a second floor unit in a triplex home and is located in the lovely Cedar-Lee area of Cleveland Heights. This spaciaous and newly renovated unit has two large bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. Both bedrooms feature nice sized closets and large dressers. One of the bedrooms has a "sun-room" off the back which is set up as a dedicated workspace with an electric desk for sitting or standing as well as a walking pad underneath!

The newly remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The large living room featues a smart TV where you can login to your streaming services, and has access to your own private second story porch complete with swing and a bistro set for dining el fresco!

The fully stocked kitchen features everything you need to feel at home while away .

Parking on premise includes one garage parking space and one driveway parking space.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the home which is the only shared space in the home.

Private entrance with keyless entry.
