Plenty of space for large groups, plus 2 adult bikes for exploring!

Cozy Living Spaces:
Step into a welcoming living room featuring cozy furniture and large windows, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV's. The front living space also have a sleeper sofa.

Master Suite:
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a King bed, a walk-in closet, and a small desk for catching up on work. Relax with your favorite streaming shows on the smart TV or prepare for your day in the en suite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and a double shower.

Spacious Bedrooms:
The second bedroom boasts a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed and a walk-in closet. The third and fourth bedrooms feature a King and a Queen bed, along with closets stocked with board games for everyone to enjoy.

Well-Equipped Kitchen:
Create delicious meals in the spacious kitchen with granite countertops, a double-door refrigerator, and all the essentials, including a crockpot and an Instapot. Perfect for holiday gatherings, the dining table seats 12 and overlooks the stunning backyard through sliding glass doors.

Guest access
Parking for four cars is available, four in the paved driveway. Guests have access to the whole house and garage. All outdoor spaces are open, and we highly recommend you use them.

Other things to note
3 pets are allowed at this home. This home allows pets for a fee of $40 per dog for the stay.  If pets are brought into the home without COVH approval or knowledge, there is a fine of $250 per pet.

The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles. All trailers and recreational vehicles must have the approval of COVH before arrival.
