The space
Award-winning 530 sqm chalet near Hanazono Resort

Named Japan’s Best Ski Chalet 2024 at the World Ski Awards, Tsubasa is a stylish 530 sqm chalet at Niseko’s Hanaridge Estate. Just a 5-minute drive to the Hanazono Resort, the property comes with two winter-season chauffeured vehicles. Winter butler service, a private 40sqm indoor-outdoor natural onsen, a Yamaha grand piano and a well-equipped gym with a treadmill are among its many amenities.

Designed by renowned architect Riccardo Tossani, Tsubasa hosts up to 12 guests across five luxurious ensuite bedrooms, with a striking Y-shaped layout that frames uninterrupted views of Mount Yotei. A chef-worthy kitchen and elegant dining space complete this thoughtfully designed alpine retreat.

Spread across three floors, Tsubasa at Hanaridge has a total of five bedrooms all located on the 2nd floor: 2 master suites, 2 large bedrooms with ensuite, walk-in wardrobes, rain shower and bath tub, plus another bunk bedroom with a single pull-out bed perfect for the little ones. The entrance/top floor has an expansive living, dining and kitchen rooms that take in majestic views of Mt. Yotei. The indoor onsen, exercise room and access to the outdoor onsen are all located on the first floor.
