You’ll love my place because of it's unique location.
This garden room is situated right on the River Kelvin. This is your own little oasis in the heart of the bustling and vibrant West End - a private conservatory bedroom with en suite shower room & own front door! A short walk from Glasgow University, Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museums and right beside Kelvinbridge Underground. Surrounded by a great selection of bars, restaurants & shops.

The space
This was originally our garden room until we realised what a wonderful space it would be for AIRBNB! We have therefore installed a new en suite shower , king size bed, small table and chairs and compact food preparation area which includes a small sink, fridge, microwave and grill (no hob), toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The room has full glass doors which lead onto the riverside garden and BBQ area. (Please note the owners will have some access to the garden for general maintenance but you are very welcome to join us or you can screen off the view of the garden to protect your privacy while keeping the great view of the river!)
