My home is in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from Petoskey's downtown gaslight district, Little Traverse Bay waterfront walking/biking path, Bear River nature trail, farmers market on Fridays, Crocked Tree Arts Center, and many shops and restaurants.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the view of the bay from your bedroom window or the front porch, and the nice neighborhood.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Children welcome.

The space
This old Victorian home is in a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood. This is a short section of Rush Street so we don't get much traffic. Sit on the front porch to watch sailboats on the lake in the summer or changing leaves in the fall.

Hello. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into my home. For me home has always been where my heart is at. I love to create a warm, comfortable place to share with friends and family. I grew up in Michigan, but lived in Oregon for 33 years. After my 2 children were raised and left home, I moved to Petoskey to care for my parents in their last years. I have been so content living in Northern Michigan for the past 10 years. I feel so "at home" in Petoskey. This little town reminds me of Andy's Mayberry, where life is quiet and simple and you meet people you know whenever you go out. I feel a true sense of community here. Being near the water is my favorite part of Up North living. I would be happy to help you navigate our little resort town. Maybe you will find some new favorite spots of your own.
