Location

Sammamish, Washington, United States

Voted one of the top 15 places to live in the US.
Easy 15 minutes lakeside drive to I-90 and 20 minutes to SR520.
Snoqualmie skiing 50 minutes East along the I-90 towards the Cascade mountains.
30 minutes West on I-90 lies Seattle and the ferry terminal with breathtaking views of the Olympic mountains.
We are several minutes walk down the hill to the Lake Sammamish bicycle and walking trail, linked to the larger Pacific loop trails to Seattle and beyond.
Whether heading North towards Redmond cycling town or further to Woodinville winery and lavender country, or South towards the historic town of Issaquah, both routes lead on to Seattle.
There is always something happening in the area in every season.
Winter offers ski slope fun.
Summer has Redmond cycling events, Sammamish open golf tournaments, Issaquah music, wine and art walks, and Bellevue Art fair to name a few.
In Fall we have the famous Issaquah Salmon days festival.
Spring is the perfect time for a day visit to the La Conner Tulip and daffodils festival.
We love the area with its safe and friendly feel.
