During the 1980 Olympics our historic residence was home to the Russian Olympic Commissioners. It is a 1929 beautiful Dutch Colonial that is known for its stunning views of the High Peaks, Ski Jump and Bobsled Run. It sits on top of a hill in the Village of Lake Placid. Private and quiet, only 2 blocks from the Olympic Arena and Main Street. New seven person hot tub, attached garage and outdoor parking, family room with large screen TV, full bar, pool table, 2 large outdoor decks and grill.
Everyone loves our location and the million dollar view. Many people that drive by stop to take a picture.
Access to our 3 level house, private backyard, hot tub and canoe.
