Welcome to a clean modern comfortable large twin room. This room is bright and airy. The room has hanging space with a laptop desk and chair.
I have clean towels for your use.
When making a request or an enquiry please give brief information on the purpose of your trip

I do not host guest in my home who wish to book to attend parties , pubs, night clubs etc. and return after midnight, this is my family home where I live.

If that’s your intention please do not make an enquiry or attempt to book.

I do not accept guest who are arriving on late night flight arrivals and wish to check in after 9pm but if you would like me to consider a later arrival please discuss with me before placing the booking -

PLEASE NOTE there will be an extra charge for late arrivals if agreed.

No illegal substances or alcohol to be brought into my family home.
Only the booked guest is allowed into my home.

A Microwave is available to heat ready made meals

Kitchen can be used between 7-10am for breakfast and in the evening between 6-8pm to heat pre cooked meals.

Please eat in your room.

The washing machine is available for use - cost £7 per wash

No outdoor shoes to be worn in my home - Please remove your shoes when entering my home and take to your room and when you are leaving to go out put your shoes on near the door.

My home is in a very quiet neighbourhood with several local parks, Cinemas and restaurants. The main shopping areas are Enfield Town, Edmonton Green and Woodgreen.
There are a parade of shops at the end of my road- butchers, post office, cash machine, kebab shop, Indian restaurant, 2 grocery, nail and barber shops.
