Welcome to your home away from home in Adams Village! This brand-new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been freshly completed with modern finishes throughout. Every detail is new, clean, and designed for comfort.

The open-concept living space is designed for both style and function. The large kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator—plus a 3-seat peninsula for casual dining or gathering.

Each bedroom has hardwood floors, while the main living area has tile flooring for easy cleaning. Guests also have access to a front-load washer and dryer located just downstairs in the finished basement (shared with a studio apartment).

For parking, guests may rent an off-street space if desired, or choose to park on the surrounding streets for free (no permit required on Branton St).

Please note: during your stay, you’ll have access to one of two full bathrooms that is shared with one other guest.

Conveniently located near I-93 North and South, this apartment is just minutes from Adams Village’s bars and restaurants, plus gyms like Planet Fitness and Boston Sports Clubs.

Guests have access to their private bedroom, a shared bathroom with one other guest, plus the shared living room, kitchen and basement laundry room. All doors to the house and rooms are equipped with electric door locks for keyless entry to your reservation. You will be given access to your own personal code upon arrival.
