"Castania A", 3-room penthouse 120 m2, on the top floor. Spacious and bright, fully renovated, very modern and stylish furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and digital TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm).
The space
Exit to the balcony. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Parquet floors. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Apartment house "Castania A", 4 storeys. In the district of Steinmatte, 650 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Grocery 450 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 450 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Luchre" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.1 km. Mountain railway, gondola lift 650 m, ski bus stop 300 m, children's ski school, ice rink 650 m. Please note: lift to 3rd floor. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. The owner lives in the same residence.
