Pauls place was great for me and my partner as we were in Dublin on business and to enjoy the city. The house is within walking distance of the city. Paul left bread, orange juice, tea, coffee, and scones which were much appreciated! Paul was great at communicating with us as guests as nothing was a problem! Paul was a very helpful and approachable host! Lots of genuinely great places to eat and drink around the local area too!

Paul is a thoughtful and helpful host; communication was straightforward and any query answered promptly. The house is comfortable with everything needed for a holiday or a business trip. Stoneybatter is a good location, fairly quiet but with a sense of pride in the community and a 'village' high street. Transport links easily accessible. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The house is located in a quiet, residential area, but close to public transport, and certainly walkable distance into town. Paul is a great host, really flexible about check-in and check-out times, and he brought us some bread and scones to have breakfast on our first day :). He also gave us some tips pre-arrival about how to get from the airport, and provided us with maps and ideas of places to visit. The house is really comfortable and it has all the facilities you need. The only minus would be that there is an electric shower, and the water supply is limited. We felt very comfy and would definitely come back! Thanks Paul.

Walking distance to everything but out of the melee. Wonderful, traditional spot with an excellent host. Paul took some time to point out spots on the map for us (which he provided) and helped us plan our whole trip. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location and value. The apartment is nicely decorated and living area is larger than it appears in the pictures. About a mile walk into town but plenty of restaurants even closer to the apartment than that. Paul was there when we arrived and very friendly and helpful with ideas on what to do and where we could get a good dinner within close walking distance our first night. I would recommend staying here!

Paul was a great host. He told us all the essential info about Stoneybatter and Dublin and was very easy to communicate with. Apartment itself was a perfect place for a couple like us. Warmly recommended!

We enjoyed the possibility to live like Irish in a cozy decorated home a lot. Xmas decorations made it very warm. The kitchen has all you need. The bed is not that big, but very nice for a couple or 1 person and very comfortable. One thing which I personaly didnt like much, was ( to me) the long way into town centre and going back. One way, walk and bus about 25-30 minuts. ( probably because I am a village girl, not used to long distances) Otherwise we had a great time here. We felt at home. Once again thanks a lot Paul for your warm welcome with breakfast and lots of tips about busses , shopping into town, etc. and answering any questions we had. I hope many others will enjoy your home for a fantastic Dublin experience. Thanx. C U. Pascal And Janny from Holland/Switzerland
