A lovely 3 storey terrace located on Crown Street in the heart of Surry Hills, surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique shops. This highly sort after area has a comfortable village feel and is well connected to the city and surrounds via public transport links. You are an easy stroll to food stores, banks, the local library, some local pubs and there are several parks very close by. You will feel like a local as you immerse yourself in the neighbourhood.
The property is over 3 levels. The first floor (Entry level) has the living room, dining room and 3rd bedroom with 2 x king single beds The second floor has a bathroom and toilet combined and the second bedroom with a double bed. The third floor has the kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom with king bed and large sofa. The courtyard (outdoor area at the back of the property) has a separate toilet, full laundry and outdoor seating area. PLEASE BE AWARE: The outdoor area cannot be used after 10pm (7 days a week) out of courtesy for my neighbours on either side of the property. Unfortunately, this property does not have parking. However, there is street parking just outside on a first come first served basis. These parks have a 2 hour time limit between 8am and 10pm, but no time limit between 10pm - 8 am. There are also parking garages in the area. Street and garage parking information can be found online for the Surry Hills area. Simply search online for "parking Surry Hills NSW". PLEASE NOTE: The property has only one shower (located in the indoor bathroom on the second floor) and the property is not air conditioned.
There is a self check-in procedure to access the property. Check-in time is strictly from 2pm and check-out is no later than 10am. The reason for the strictness is that this is a popular property and it is often fully booked. However, if the property does become available before 2pm I will notify you on the day of your arrival. You have access to the entire property. You will be provided with up to 6 sets of keys depending on the size of your group. Self check-in information will be provided prior to your arrival via email or phone. Luggage storage before check in and after check out is not available at this property. However, Central Station (approx 10 mins away) does offer a luggage storage service called Smart Carte.

Unfortunately, I do not have the facility to store luggage before or after your check-in or check-out. Parking is not included. No pets or smoking are permitted in this property. PLEASE NOTE: This property is in the heart of a residential area with permanent residents living on either side. No parties of any kind are permitted. Please do not use the outdoor area (rear courtyard) after 10pm at night. Neighbours' bedrooms are immediately above the courtyard on either side of the property. Any noise after 10pm will disturb them.

The outdoor courtyard can not be used after 10pm daily as I have neighbours either side of the property who's bedrooms are above the courtyard.
I am not able to store any bags before you check in or after you check out. If you need to store bags either side of your stay there is a company at Central Station called Smart Carte that stores luggage.
