Send us a message for May 2020 res. Asilomar Room Planta Baja 1 (PB1) for Rent: is a comfortable private beach front room for rent, that sleeps a family of 4 maximum with its own bathroom. Unrestricted view of the ocean and access to the beach. The room comes with access to hammocks, limited access to kitchen and an additional half bathroom use. Home location is secure, family owned and maintained. Additionally, the room allows access to a beach shower, beach area bathroom, and outside BBQ area.
The space
The room and home is a beach front property with plenty of space. This location gives you a local relaxed Mexican feel with local comforts. The room is for 4 people in total. Extra charges are accessed for more than two persons in room, person 3 and 4 pay a little extra. The bedroom has a private entrance from the terraza/beach. You have a private bathroom with eco shower (no boiler water but another bathroom is available for hot shower).
Guest access
Guest will have full access to room, bathrooms, beach area. Limited access for car parking for guest only, kitchen, drinking water. Area restaurants are available to deliver food orders to guests. Weather dependent, this beach is better than Manzanillo, Tecoman area, to include Culiacán. The beach is shallow for several meters towards the ocean which allows for safe enjoyment of ocean. Historically, the beach is nicer when monsoon is not happening from July-September. January to June and October to December are the best months to enjoy the sandy beach.

Directions to address: Take entrada 5 and make a left (southbound) on boulevard to location. Every morning (0900) from Colima Central a nice bus stops in Tacoman then passes through San Juan de Alima for guest taking public transportation.

The neighborhood is quite and safe for families. The beach area is private and enjoyable. Food can be purchased in restaurants for dining in or carry-out. They also deliver food for guests. Limited access to kitchen is available. The home is 35 minutes from La Ticla (surfing) location and 40 minutes from Tecoman. We are 45 minutes from the Faro and an hour from the Llorona Beach, Michoacan.
