This home is located in the heart of the second largest city in Utah, West Valley City! Located 2 min from the Maverick Event Center, 2 min from Valley Fair Mall, Restaurants & banks are just a few minutes drive too!

The backyard has an amazing view of the Wasatch Mountains!

The space
This is a tri-level home with the living room and kitchen in the main floor, 3 bedrooms and a bthroom upstairs and two more bedrooms another bathroom and the laundry room downstairs. The backyard has access only through the double glass door in the kitchen.

Guest access
The garage attached to the house and the shed in the backyard are not allowed, the closet doors with keypads inside the house are also locked and not for use only for cleanning crew use.

Other things to note
I may stop by to pick up material from the garage, if I do I will communicate before I do and I will access the garage through the big garage doors.
