Cozy guest house w/private entry, self check-in/out, adjustable AC, kitchen, 2 parking spaces, and private back patio just 1.5 miles west (a $15 lyft) of downtown. 24hr self check in starting at 3pm, Tuff&Needle bed, strong wifi, an array of amenities and really cool hosts :) No security deposit necessary. **In regards to the neighborhood, we are in an older part of downtown Phoenix. The space
Cozy, clean, quiet, safe 1BR back house w/private entry 1.5 miles west of downtown. 2 car tandem off-street parking, wifi, full bath, kitchenette, fully adjustable AC + two ceiling fans, portable heater and small fan. Private uncovered back patio for seating/smoking area, Queen size bed (bedroom) and folding futon (common area). At around 400sq ft, it acommodates up to 3 adults comfortably *$20 extra per day per additional guests* While we don't allow pets of any kind, you will find local cats in the yard. They are friendly, they do live on property.

Water heater runs very hot, but also runs out of water within 15 mins. We suggest you hop in the shower right away to avoid running out of hot water too fast.
This also helps with water waste.


Kitchen has a full-size fridge, small stove, microwave, coffee maker, small dining table w/two chairs, coffee mugs/pots/pans/dishes, a variety of complimentary snacks, coffees/teas condiments and utensils.

I travel a often and believe I have an idea of what guests look for in an accommodation, and present the space accordingly. Not fancy by any means, just perfectly practical; Complete privacy, super clean space w/ a comfy bed, free parking and strong wifi. Moderately priced, no security deposit, very close proximity to all the 'action', and awesome amenities (snacks/ toothpaste) The up-and-coming neighborhood may be a little rough around the edges, but I'd argue I offer the absolute best deal downtown overall.

The historic Oakland district is 1.5 miles west of the heart of EVERYTHING downtown Phoenix has to offer (Sports & entertainment venues/Nightlife/Convention Center/State Fair Grounds/Government offices) is a 4 minute drive, 10 minute bus ride, or a $15 lyft/uber away. There is also a laundromat, convenience store, and restaurants all within a few blocks. Like most downtown areas in large cities there are sounds of trains in the distance and sounds from neighboring bars and parties, all which add to the atmosphere :)
