Rosetree cottage is a cosy Cotswold Cottage located in the idyllic and unspolit hamlet of Little Barrington. The village is only 3 miles away from the historic town of Burford which you can walk to along the river Windrush.
Entry in to the property is through the garden down a set of stone steps through a wooden door. This leads in to the stone flagged hallway. Off the hallway is the utility room, which houses a washing machine and dryer and a toilet.
To the right of the hallway down the stone steps is the kitchen. The pretty kitchen is light and airy with wooden cupboard, sides and lovely views over the garden. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of space to cook! Next to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6 guests and again, lovely views of the garden.
Just off the dining room is the living room, with plenty of comfortable seating and a fantastic wood burner. A great place to relax with friends and family with great views over the village of Little Barrington.
