The living room features a 2-seater sofa, a unique swing chair, a coffee table, and a smart TV, seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area in an open layout that leads to the balcony.
The bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, dresser, and floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, while the bathroom is fitted with a sleek walk-in shower.
Step out onto the balcony furnished with a 2-seater set to enjoy relaxing community views of Jumeirah and a close glimpse of the iconic Burj Al Arab. During special occasions like New Year’s Eve, you can even catch the spectacular Burj Al Arab fireworks right from the balcony — a rare and unforgettable experience for guests.

Please note that the building gym is temporarily closed until the end of March. During this period, guests are welcome to use the gym and facilities at Asayel Building.
Check-in time is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
All guests are required to provide a valid ID, email address, and contact number prior to arrival.
Any damages or maintenance issues should be reported within 24 hours.
For security, kindly ensure the property is locked whenever you leave.
Lost keys, access cards, or parking cards will incur a replacement fee of AED 500 each.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Visitors must be registered at least 24 hours in advance, are permitted only between 8 AM and 10 PM, and must leave by midnight.
Smoking, shisha, and hookah are not allowed indoors or on the balcony.
Barbecuing is also not permitted inside or on balconies; please use only designated BBQ areas.
Pets are welcome only with prior approval and an applicable pet fee.
Kindly use the pool and gym responsibly and ensure children are supervised at all times.
We ask that you respect the neighbors and community rules, maintain cleanliness by properly disposing of waste, and park only in designated areas.
