There was definitely a problem of communication, I sent three unanswered messages. When the guests phoned, we clearly told them what bell to ring, but they did not do that.
The keys had to be left in a mail box, but they were put in another place.
I had to look for them for a whole day because nor I, nor Airbnb customer service were able to contact the guest.
The house is exactly as it apperas on the pictures. Light, in rainy days is not the same as in sunny days, when pictures had been t taken.
Even though I always do my best in order to satisfy my guests, I cannot intervene on the weather, above all if blinds are not opened.
I have no comment on furniture and colours, my architect and I, and many other people too have strongly appreciated it, but there is no accounting for taste.
