If you extends your stay beyond 14 days (including extensions after booking), electricity will be charged separately based on the meter reading. The total amount will be calculated and shared with you at the time of checkout.

We can not provide any TM30 because we dont have any authority for that 🙏

Please note: The condominium is currently carrying out corridor refurbishment on this floor, including repainting and maintenance work. The work is limited to the common hallway outside the apartment. The apartment itself is not affected and remains clean, comfortable, and fully functional. We apologize for any minor inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
