Our 23m² studio accommodates two people in a double bed. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman and a leisure area.
We are just 300m from the Oscar Freire subway station (Line 2 - Yellow) and 1km from the iconic Avenida Paulista, one of the city's main tourist attractions. The area offers cultural attractions such as the Instituto Moreira Salles and Casa das Rosas, ensuring a complete art and culture experience.
The space
Upon entering the studio, guests will be taken directly to the kitchen, which offers the ideal appliances for a functional stay, such as a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle, among other amenities.
We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi, an LG Smart TV, air conditioning, an oil-fired electric heater, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, directly on site).
