The garden, the terrace and the sun deck are what makes this apartment unique in Lisbon. Very few flats have these features and although being very central and close to the historic sites that you will easily reach, staying home to enjoy your off time is made possible and a unique experience.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a three storey building without lift. There are 150 square metres of living area split in two zones. The first is the flat itself with two bedrooms, an en suite shower room and WC, living room and kitchen overlooking the garden and terrace. One of the bedroom has a double bed - with ensuite shower room - and the other one has two bunk beds. The second area is the garden and terrace where there is an annex with two other guests rooms with one shower room. The annex opens towards the garden and its banana tress and vine. Up to ten people can sleep within this layout.
In the garden and terrace area, there is a table to eat outside and long chairs to enjoy the calmness of the space. Above the terrace is a sun deck with chairs in case you do not want to leave the place!
The whole property has central heating.
The flat is located in the Lisbon antique stores area, a few steps from the Portuguese National Parliament. There is a convenience store across the street, restaurants, ice cream shops and the Flowers Square (Praça das Flores) is two minutes by foot. From the house, a three minute walk takes you to the tram 28 leading you to historical Lisbon. The metro station is up the street at a 10 minute walk.

Please note that no party, birthday celebrations or any activity generating any sort of noise is tolerated. If the idea of your trip is to gather friends in Lisbon to celebrate whatever event in the flat, our house is not suitable and we kindly ask you to consider booking somewhere else.
