The space
This is a private home for you to enjoy located in a quiet neighborhood with mature trees and lots of privacy.
The open beamed cabin is uniquely decorated with the comforts of home. A beautiful rock fireplace is a lovely focal point containing a wood burning stove.
Comfy mattresses, luxury linens and fluffy or flatter pillows to choose from.
Bath linens are soft turkish cotton. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and kitchen ware to make our kitchen feel like your kitchen. It is stocked with spices, flour and sugar.
There is a washer and dryer. Guests enjoy a grill that is either gas or briquette on the back deck, we provide the gas you will need to bring briquettes.
Cabin and bunkhouse have wifi. We hope you enjoy! The owners are located near cabin so we are available when our guests need something.

*Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancelations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancelation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

Entire cabin excluding the garage. The bunkhouse, property.
Due to Army Corp Regulations our dock cannot be used by guests at any time.
Use of kayaks and canoes, life jackets must be worn at all times.
Other things to note
If using a boat the cove is a NO WAKE cove so please drive very slowly coming in and out of the cove.
There are other docks in the cove and they get very upset if the docks bounce from wakes..
A rental agreement is required upon booking.
The dock cannot be used for any reason by guests. The Army Corp has a very strict rule on this.
