We live in a luxurious, beautiful, spacious, and bright Chelsea loft - a great Manhattan experience.

You will be the only guest staying with us.

We own our home, live in it, and rent only one of our two bedrooms.

For your safety, access to our building and elevator is restricted to key holders only.

For special events (for example, meetings, workshops, filming, photoshoots) we charge separately. Please contact us for details.

Guest access
Our living and dining areas are for our guests to enjoy. If you need something from our kitchen, please ask us and we will be happy to give it to you. Our kitchen is for our private use only.

Other things to note
You will sleep in a fantastic queen bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper Luxury Super Pillowtop Mattress) that gets excellent reviews from our guests. We only use ironed sheets.

We are very flexible and accommodate our guests' needs. Please feel free to leave your luggage with us when arriving early or leaving late.

We might have a new puppy by the time you arrive (our Zuta passed). It will most likely be a hypoallergenic toy poodle. If this is a concern, please talk with us.
