My place is close to a nature reserve (great hiking trails), the Singapore zoo, restaurants (authentic Singaporean food), supermarket, Orchard Rd 30 mins by bus/MRT, and great views. You have a private bathroom. My full time helper can do your laundry and cooking (for a little extra). Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is very well connected to the rest of Singapore by public transport or call a cab and it will be there in 5 mins.

Loved our stay. Centrally located condominium with easy access to public transport. Her little shih tzu is a sweetheart and made our stay even more enjoyable. Kiran is a warm host, she even treated us to a super tasty meal :)

It was our first time we booked a stay via airbnb and calling it a 'great stay' would be an 'understatement'! The place is clean, spacious and there is some comforting home like warmth that the place offers which would make you want to come back again and again for sure. Kiran's home manager, Karmjit is a beautiful person, highly resourceful and in a blink arranges for anything that you may need in the house or information to ease your stay/ commute in Singapore. I had a great time chatting with her every morning over tea and breakfast... she is just brilliant!! Kiran was away, so we couldn't meet her in person but she kept in close touch with us over (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and emails all through and it definitely meant a lot... i am blown by her promptness, she was available 24*7 and her response time is impeccable... We troubled her by writing to her in the middle of the night asking for some general information and in no time she was there helping us with it... Great to know her, she is a lovely host! The cherry on the cake and the most special part of our stay was their little fur ball Scampi who gave us the warmest welcome ever. So playful cuddly and adorable... I looked forward to my play time with him every morning. If you are a pet lover, or otherwise, he'll touch your heart. I already miss him. I would strongly recommend Kiran's place... its an experience!

Our stay at Kiran's place couldn't have gone better, although she was out (studying abroad in Barcelona) she still assured we had everything we needed. Her assistant Karmjit welcomed us perfectly, and was an incredible host giving us all of the tools we needed. We indulged in her culinary magnificence, and had some of the best dal we've ever tasted. We felt right at home in their flat especially with the company of Scampi. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we would absolutely stay here again! I recommend it for anyone staying in Singapore, even if it's farther away, it is well worth the price and comfort!

We had a great stay at Kiran's place. Although I didn't get to meet Kiran as she was away, we spoke on the phone after we checked in which was nice and her live in helper made us coffee and breakfast each morning and generally was around to help out and answer any questions. Great view from the big bedroom, nice private bathroom, loads of places to eat a short walk away and the MRT is about 15 mins walk away and makes the location really well connected to other parts of the city, we used it loads to get around but we walked a lot too. Can recommend that you go to Shunfu Market for breakfast and a wander one morning if you stay here, it's less than 10min away and well worth a visit. thanks for having us!

Glad you had a good stay, Claire. And such a pity that we didn't meet. It was indeed a pleasure hosting you & Leo. Safe travels.

Kiran is an amazing, generous and very caring host. Right from the big room, to the enormous windows (with great airflow) to yummy Indian breakfast and dinner, everything was great and up to the mark. A cherry on top is the adorable Shih Tzu - Scampi - who resides with you. Very cute, always smiling and ready to play. You will be in love with him ! The house is located in a residential area, on the 23rd floor. This allows for good views and amazing airflow inside the room. Nearest public transport is the bus. MRT is about 3 bus stops away or close to a 15-20 min walk on a good day. Good amount of eateries nearby (sadly not much of vegetarian, but the housekeeper cooks great Indian veg food). All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay and we will definitely recommend to friends and family ! Thanks a lot Kiran. :)

I'm an Indian living in Singapore. I'm not sure whether I'm Indian or Singaporean. The truth is that I'm a citizen of the world. Every city feels like home almost instantly.

5 things I can't live without? I can pretty much live without anything (unless we're talking Maslow's basics). But if we're talking about things I value most, then it would have to be
1. my children (all grown up, thank goodness)
2. a sense of humour (not taking oneself too seriously and having a sense of the ridiculous)
3. an ability to laugh in the most dire situations (nothing lasts forever anyway)
4. my awesome family and friends all over the world (whose love and support I cannot do without)
5. Beer (something just has to be about pure pleasure, right?)

I keep a beautiful home myself and enjoy homes with positive vibes of joy and warmth and love in them. I'm tidy - not to the point of obsession but because uncluttered surroundings are calming and happy places. I enjoy conversations with strangers, learning about other cultures, and picking up new languages (or at least phrases).

Life motto?
Don't take life too seriously. Nobody gets out of it alive anyway.
