Our 89m2 flat features a Master Bedroom with loads of closet space and adjacent bathroom plus a Guest Bedroom with a small terasse and a comfortable and easy to use pull out sofa.

You're 3 storeys above a bakery - fresh coffee and the famous "Viennoiseries" (pastries) are always at arm's length. Take the Metro across the street to get to the heart of the old town in 6min or explore the local farmer's market and bustling Landstrasse quarter. The airport is at 15 to 25min depending on traffic.

The space
The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical 19th century building, including high ceilings, wooden floors and large windows. The interior architect who carefully renovated the space has redesigned it to suit the modern traveler's needs. You will intuitively find your way around the space.

The 89m2 plus 6m2 terasse feature:

A spacious Master Bedroom with large windows and loads of closet space. The adjacent bathroom offers a tub as well as a walk-in shower. A laundry washer is hidden in the cabinet and the built-in radio offers to wake you with the morning news.

The WC is separate. It includes an AquaClean function and also a built-in radio for your privacy

The kitchen is equipped with cooking plate, oven, large fridge and freezer and dishwasher.

The large salon offers a dining and lounging area with TV.

The guest room has an easy to use pull out sofa and a little terasse overlooking the gardens. It is open towards the alley that connects it to the kitchen or living room.

Of course the place is well-tempered all year around, with heating and AC.
