Parking: there is no designated parking. Street parking nearby is first come, first served, except 10 AM to 2 PM on weekdays. More parking sits in front of the Dunkin' and restaurants across from the apartment, at your own risk. If your group is bringing several cars, plan for some walking.

The guest who books must be at least 25, and a government-issued ID is required to confirm the reservation.
Good to know: the home sits on a busy corner near a stop light and a Dunkin', so the street-facing bedrooms hear traffic at night. Light sleepers may prefer the back rooms.
Safety devices: one exterior security camera covers the front entry and runs 24/7, with no interior view. An indoor noise and air quality monitor detects excessive noise and smoke; it records no audio or video.
Home care: trash pickup is Thursday. Snow and ice are managed November through March; during a declared snow emergency, please do not park on emergency routes, to avoid a ticket or tow.
