Independent apartment in Camargue farmhouse, on the ground floor, 154 m2 duplex, spacious, bright and contemporary, with terrace and large garden, quiet and in the heart of nature, in a protected area, close to the sea and the Grau-du-Roi, ideal for families.

The space
The Mas de Saint-Roman is located in the heart of the Petite Camargue, on the protected and classified site of Pointe de l 'Espiguette, between pine forests, vines, salt flats, and a dead arm of the Rhone. Close to the Grau-du-Roi agglomeration, it is a place that is both conducive to rest, allowing you to enjoy the Camargue fauna and flora, but also an ideal base for visiting the charming towns of Nîmes and Montpellier, Aigues-Mortes, or swimming in the Mediterranean and for walks in the region.

You will be charmed by this fully equipped and installed dwelling in this former farmhouse, part of which has been converted into several accommodations, to allow a family to meet. Two of these units are permanently occupied by the owners and one of their children with their family. The other listings are occasionally occupied by the owners' other children and their families who live abroad. The transformation of the farmhouse is the result of a contemporary architecture project respecting the tipicity of local traditional architecture. The adjoining area has been designed so that each accommodation retains its privacy and that there is no inconvenient view between the apartments. These are spacious, bright and well ventilated.

Estelle's accommodation is an apartment with an interior surface of about 150 m2, and arranged as a duplex. It includes:

- on the ground floor, largely open-plan: entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with ornamental fireplace, bathroom including toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. The living room is equipped with TV and DVD player. ADSL WiFi internet connection;

- upstairs: three bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, an independent WC.

Outside: Courtyard on the entrance side. Garden side, terrace with garden table under a pergola, and lounge chairs. The garden is to be shared with the other apartments.

Guest access
Barbecue, ping-pong table, darts, petanque and croquet are available in the garden, courtyard or shed, which are accessible to you.

Other things to note
Occupancy is a maximum of six people (including children). Families are welcome. High chair, baby crib and bathtub can be provided upon request for a baby.

Pets are not allowed, so as to avoid any conflict with the animals of the farmhouse (dogs, chickens, peacock) and the surrounding fields (bulls and Camargue horses, donkey and pony, depending on the season).

End-of-rental cleaning is included in the rental price. Its price also includes the supply and cleaning of household linen (sheets and cushion covers/bath towels for the accommodation/kitchen linen). Beach towels are not provided.

Rentals are for a minimum of one week during the high season and are in principle from Saturday to Saturday (change possible depending on availability, do not hesitate to contact me to find out). Possibility also to rent for shorter stays or extended weekends (minimum 4 nights) outside of high season.
