Walk to the moana, Pāpāmoa Plaza, or Gordon Spratt Reserve with ease. Whether relaxing, exploring, or adventuring, this whare is your perfect Bay of Plenty base.

The space
Living & Dining:
Relax in the bright, open-plan living with comfy seating, a smart TV, and seamless flow to the sunny outdoor patio. Perfect for unwinding after a day at the moana.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped with modern appliances, plenty of bench space, and everything you need to prepare delicious kai — whether it’s breakfast before exploring or a shared dinner.

Master Bedroom:
Spacious and peaceful, the master suite features a comfortable queen bed, and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience.

Bedroom Two:
An afternoon sun light-filled room with a queen bed, perfect for friends, couples, or older tamariki.

Bedroom Three:
A cosy space ideal for kids or extra guests, with a 2x king singles* and a relaxed atmosphere. *Photo currently shows 1x queen bed.

Bathrooms:
Two contemporary bathrooms, the master suite ensuite and one main bathroom with a shower and bathtub — great for families or groups.

Outdoor Area:
Step outside to a sun-soaked patio with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee, kai in the fresh air, or evening drinks under the stars. Webber and washing line added for extra comfort.

Garage & Laundry:
