The space
Welcome to our cozy studio apartment on the second floor of a private house with private entrance, a bright and comfortable space perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Riga.

Kitchen

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, kettle, and capsule coffee machine, plus all the essential cookware, utensils, and tableware you may need. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, spices, oil, and sugar, making it easy to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
As an additional feature of this apartment is a washing machine available for use.

Sleeping Area

The sleeping area includes a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a foldable sofa bed (90x200 cm), ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The space is designed to be comfortable and restful, with plenty of natural light and cozy touches.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom comes with a shower and wash basin and is stocked with all the essentials for your stay (incl. shampoo, hair conditioner, gel, soap). We provide two towels per person.

Parking

Guests can use private yard parking with fence (with automatic gates, and video surveillance) for €7 per night, or take advantage of free street parking in the surroundings of the house.

Public Transport & Location

The apartment is well connected — a bus stop leading to Riga’s Old Town is just a 5-minute walk, and the train station is nearby. You can also walk to Old Town in about 20 minutes through scenic parks or reach it in 10 minutes by car.

Neighborhood & Attractions

The area is surrounded by three major parks, including one with the picturesque Maras Pond, perfect for a morning walk or a picnic. The charming Agenskalns Market is also nearby and can be reached on foot or via a short bus ride, offering a true taste of local life.

Pets & Children

Your dog is welcome for a one-time fee of €20 per dog. Families will appreciate the children’s playground in the yard (for kids up to 1.35 m; please supervise and use safely).

Guests have access to their private apartment, as well as the shared yard and children’s playground during their stay.

Each apartment includes the option of secure private parking in the yard (€7 per night) or free street parking right in front of the house.

Video surveillance in common areas operates 24/7 for your safety.
