It is a small but cozy apartment in Recoleta. The neighborhood is great, there is a lot of bookstores, cafes, restaurants and pubs around. Ideal for a single person.

The host is pleasant and very quick during interactions and to respond to messages. Her own art work inside the apartment makes a very small place much nicer ... The kitchen needs repair and the old bathroom requires refurbishing. Cleanliness could improve a bit and the door knob of the main door was broken upon arrival. The location of this atelier is fantastic.

First, it's cute and cozy and very good interesting art place. The host is a real Artist, you will see. Location is very good too, safe and close to everything at the center. But when we was here, draining of water in bathroom was almost broken - even after a very short shower everything was flooded... and water even goes outside of bathroom. And if you will stay at apartments at day, you can find, what someone study piano very near, for hours and hours. It's not a violin, if you understand what I mean, but it's still exist:) at another parameters - enjoy!

Maria made us feel at ease with her warm greeting, even though there was a language barrier. It was lovely to be surrounded by Maria's whimsical art and succulents, in the light, airy apartment. There are a few issues with it being a small apartment, namely the water from the shower covers the entire bathroom and will seep through the door if too many take a shower + no where to hang wet towels etc but apart from that it is a lovely sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city.
