Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this ideally-located pool home.. We are minutes from the new West Monroe recreation center and Restaurant Row. Kiroli and Restoration parks are both very close attractions for those that want a nice nature walk. Antique Alley is a fun shopping area close by and don’t miss our locally-owned, delicious bakery, Castor and Chicory!

The space
This home has six bedrooms with the master bedroom and the bunk room downstairs. We have two and a half baths with a third shower across the hall conveniently located to be accessible from the pool and to help with large crowds. There is an additional King size bedroom upstairs making it comfortable for two or three families to enjoy this home together. There is plenty of room to hang out and to spread out with a living room, den, or sun porch or even enjoy the beautiful backyard overlooking the pool. There are three smart tvs available for streaming all your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic kitchen tools you might need.

Other things to note
This is a quiet neighborhood. No parties are allowed on the premises. No loud music. There is a 10:00 pm noise ordinance in the city of West Monroe.
Also, please be aware of the many different areas in the house that have a step down. If you have children on the premises be aware of the pool in the backyard and we recommend you keep the doors locked for an extra measure of safety. We installed an alarm on the back door as a help to you but not as a surety. You can press the bypass button on the inside and outside of the door for a quick 12 second delay of the alarm if an adult is passing through.
