The space
800 square feet, all yours: two bedrooms king + queen, one full bathroom, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen (everything except a dishwasher). The photos show the complete unit — what you see is exactly what you get.

The building is a duplex with two fully separate units and entrances. You'll never share interior space, but the other side may have guests — normal-life noise through a shared wall is possible, and we ask the same evening courtesy of you.

Guest access
Your entrance is the door on the left side of the property (visible in the photos). It's a heavy-duty hurricane-rated door — it closes with more resistance than a standard door, so don't be alarmed; that's the build quality, not a malfunction.
Self check-in: lockbox on the right-side column, code sent on arrival day.

The door auto-locks seconds after closing and there's no keypad — carry your key every time you step out.

Parking: the concrete spaces on the left side of the driveway are yours. The garage and the right side belong to the other unit.

Other things to note
Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Door auto-locks — keep your key on you. Up to 2 pets ($65/pet). No smoking indoors. Full house rules at checkout.
