Welcome to this beautifully updated top-floor end unit in the Station One condos offering ocean views, modern upgrades, and a location that puts you centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills and just a short stroll to the Clark Street beach access, as well as numerous local shops and restaurants

Both bedrooms have direct access to the deck, where you can unwind with ocean breezes, sunset views, and live music from Jack Brown’s next door.

The space
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light and offers ocean views right from the dining space. Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom with an updated vanity and a tub/shower combo with a sleek sliding glass door, plus a convenient combo washer/dryer tucked into the hallway. Both bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds and offer direct access to a private balcony also with ocean views while one bedroom features its own en suite bathroom. The living room also has a sleeper sofa for an additional bed if needed.

Station One provides plenty of unassigned parking, both covered and uncovered, as well as individual storage rooms and an outdoor shower area to rinse off after a day on the sand

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire condo, which is located on the third floor of the building. A storage area on the ground floor is also available, stocked with beach chairs and other essentials to enhance your stay.
