To get access to the activities, Private Letting guests can purchase Play Passes online at haven website /play-pass, or on the My Haven app.
Play Passes can be purchased online from 12 weeks before their arrival. After arrival, Play Passes can be purchased from Reception.
If guests holidays don't follow our break patterns, Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday, they will be unable to buy online and they will have to buy them on the park when they arrive, subject to availability.
Guests will need to have their arrival registered by host before being able to purchase Play Passes. This will then give you a code which you use to purchase them.
Guest access
Access to the park amenities can be purchased to take advantage of the park, with access to haven app and all it offers. This can be done when booking is confirmed.
Check in only on Fridays after 4pm
Stays are limited to 3 nights or 7 nights only

If you have booked a holiday home through someone other than Haven, you will be able to purchase Play Passes as a private letting guest.
Once the owner of your caravan has confirmed your details with us then we will email you a confirmation code and you can purchase passes by visiting haven website and searching for “buy playpass”
Once you have purchased Play Passes, bookings can be made at haven website experience. You can book activities and restaurant tables 12 weeks before you arrive. Swimming sessions are available to book 4 weeks before arrival.
Prior to arrival you will only be able to purchase play passes for the guests registered by the owner of the caravan booked. If there are any errors with the number of play passes being offered please contact the owner of your caravan in the first instance to ensure they have recorded the correct number and breakdown of guests for your booking.
If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. No refund will be given if you no longer require the Play Passes.
Once you've purchased your Play Passes, you will be sent a purchase receipt that you'll need to keep safe so you can collect your Play Passes on arrival.
