It is good value for money we paid. The kitchen is basic and very rustic. Make sure you stock up well with good food supplies in a big town like auxerre as there are limited shops nearby. No restaurants close by. No WiFi. limited internet connection.

We went to Annick and Jean-Pierre's house for a week. We had a great stay. The place is pleasant. We enjoyed the garden (the children enjoyed the sandpit, a lot!), the music library!... Annick and Jean-Pierre are very welcoming and friendly.

Annick was very responsive and helpful. She was able to provide a baby chair and a baby crib for us to use, which was very useful. The house was quirky and charming and the surrounding area was beautiful and quiet -- just what we'd hoped for.

Annick and her husband are the perfect hosts. The apartment is beautiful and the wood burner is an added bonus. The property contains two kitchens including a gas oven, microwave and coffee maker in the larger one. The space would comfortably sleep 7 I think though there was only two of us. The location is very quiet and relatively secluded so a car is required really. This property would be perfect for those looking to explore the local area. Would 100% stay again.
