Attached to my farmhouse in the Peak District with great walking and cycling from the door the cottage is close to the tourist attractions of Buxton, Castleton, Hayfield, Edale, Eyam and Lyme Park. You’ll love the views, the private parking and garden and the proximity to pubs, shops and restaurants. You can also be in Manchester City Centre by train from New Mills in 30 minutes. My place is good for couples, friends, business travellers, families with older kids and furry friends (pets).
The Farm and Cottage are entirely private set within 18 acres of land with wonderful views over the High Peak and the hills of Cheshire yet only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of New Mills with it's local shops, pubs and eateries. The vibrant city of Manchester is a 30 minute train ride from New Mills Central Station. The farm also borders High Lea Park and the New Mills Community Orchard both lovely for children to visit
The guests are welcome to walk around the farm and interact with the animals. We have horses, goats, pedigree Ryeland sheep, chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs
