There are 4 communal swimming pools available for your use. One of the swimming pools is heated during the winter to enable clients to use throughout the year.
There is cable TV in the apartment, some of the TV channels are free other channels are available to watch paid with a Movistar card.

Other things to note
We can accommodate people arriving after 22.00 on day of arrival. However it will incur an additional fee of 25 €.
ELECTRICITY: 100 units per week are included in the price of the booking. However if this is exceeded the additional units of electricity will be charged separately. This amount will be retained from the € 200 security deposit. WATER: Included in price. Lock out charges - In the event that a tenant locks themselves out of the property, there will be a fee of 30 € which is payable to the managing agent when the tenant is re-admitted into the property. If it is deemed necessary to call upon the services of a lock smith to rectify the problem, there will be a further charge to cover the lock smith’s fees. The fee for the lock smith’s services will be at his discretion and will become payable on completion of the remedial work.
In the event that you arrive at your accommodation after 22.00 there will be a late checking fee of 30 € payable when you receive the keys.
