Really good stay! Lovely clean and quiet apartment with good amenities. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is in an ideal location - in a nice more residential area within ten minutes' walk of St Stephen's Green and Dublin centre. We walked everywhere during our stay. Around the corner from the apartment (only a few minutes walk) are a convenience store, pubs, cafes and restaurants. We ate at the "Farm" one night, which was really nice and included a good veggie option. We also tried a quick breakfast at Java cafe, which worked well before check out. Mark helped us out with parking - there is on road parking free at weekends and after 7pm. (The parking is only free on Saturdays outside the Spar convenience store two mins from the apartment, rather than directly outside the apartment). The apartment is on a road that is reasonably busy, but it was not noisy and there was no noise at all from the local pubs etc even on a Saturday night!

The flat is very well finished with everything we needed for our stay in Dublin. Mark was a great host, allowing self check in, while touching base with us to check everything was okay.

Stayed here for a few nights on a business trip! Very good communication through out, good location, quiet even though on the road, Wifi good, plenty of room, comfy bed. Much better than a hotel. Would recommend for business or for anyone visiting Dublin.

Mark's apartment was so brilliantly located, with the aircoach stop just over the road, and several lovely little cafes and places to eat and get coffee within minutes' walk. It took us 25 or so minutes to walk right into the centre, and there was a great bar/nightclub within ten mins' walk. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and smart, with a comfortable bed and nice communal layout in the lounge. My only small comment is that the soundproofing isn't the best so you do get a bit of light noise from upstairs or next door. Just pack your earplugs if you are a light sleeper! Mark met us at the apartment and gave us some fantastic recommendations for the area, all of which we took up. Thanks Mark, for being a great host!

Stayed here over NYE for two nights, had a fantastic time. Mark was very helpful, and the flat was very stylish, well equipped and had a number of restaurants and pubs within walkable distance. If you need to head elsewhere, there is a taxi rank conveniently located down the road! We will be back here if we happen to be in Dublin again.
