Loaded with amenities, it also boasts the conveniences of a covered portico entry, 4 high-speed elevators, and a trash chute on each floor. The area around Treasure Island offers world–class dining, shopping, nightlife, and outdoor activities, and is close to the award-winning St. Andrews State Park. Enjoy the on-site amenities like the Fitness Center, Gazebo, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Grills, covered parking, and a snack bar at the large, Gulf Front, seasonally heated pool.
*The Treasure Island front office charges a $35.00 + tax one-time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands. (Subject to change)
If you pay with cash, there is no service fee; if guests pay with a credit card, there is a 4% service fee that is added.
