Smoking: Only allowed in the private outdoor area of the apartment.

(For the disabled it can be to high up. The villa is built on the side of a hill and is on several levels with steps leading down to its apartments from the car park. Moderately fit people who do not want a car find the hill no problem and consider that the stunning views make the road or steps to the hill well worth the climb. There is an excellent bus service from the bottom of the road. Still the apartments are not suitable for people with serious mobility problems. Children are very welcome and parents are responsible for their safety around the pool, staircases and for leavning the property in the same condition as when checking in. )

All residents in Villa have full access to the pool area, also with great viewing points, situated in a separate area of the estate. No smoking by the pool, smoking aloud outddor in your private terrace of your apaftment.

16 golf courses, shopping, restaurants, bars, lots of cultural events and galleries, tennis courses, aqua park, zoo, tivoli garden, horse racing, crocodile park, tennis, bicycling routes, beaches nearby. You can spend a month in and around Mijas and never run out of things to do.
The village of Mijas has everything for a holiday. There are several banks, two chemists, doctors, three small supermarkets, a daily market, post office, tobacconists, numerous bars and restaurants to suit every taste and budget. There are also many taxis and a good bus service to the coast.
There is an excellent playground for children situated in a park at the top of the village close to the main church and the bullring. The park has fantastic panoramic views of the coast below.
One popular tourist attractions is to take a ride around the village on one of the famous Mijas donkeys or in a horse and carriage.
Add to this all the numerous shops selling leather ware at good prices, shops selling Lladro and other goods and if you are feeling energetic then you can walk and bird watch in the hills behind the village.
Almost daily there is a market or an interesting event to attend.
Down towards the coast ten or fifteen minutes away there is an Aqua Park, a cable car to the top of the mountain, Fuengirola award winning zoo, Tivoli Gardens fun fair, Hipodromo horse racing course, Selwo marina, a crocodile park and much, much more.
The beaches of Fuengirola can easily be reached by public transport but if a car is available then the entire coastline with its many different types of beach are easily accessible. There are long straight stretches of beach in Fuengirola, Los Boliches and Benalmadena Costa, a bay in Mijas Costa and sand dunes in Cabopino.
Many international bicyclist enjoy the picture-perfect roads around the mountains. The area is home of many artists and authors and attract locals, expats and tourists alike. Famous tennis court Campo de tennis is close by.
The municipality of Mijas is a golfers paradise. With some of the best courses to choose from and excellent year around climate, This area comes highly recommended by golfers. Golf courses within a very short drive of the villa with Mijas Golf, Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf being the closest. All of these courses are of a high calibre.

The mountains of the Sierra Nevada are a two-hour drive away from Mijas. The skiing here is good although probably not as good as the resorts of Austria and Switzerland. However the scenery is dramatic and there is the advantage of being just a few minutes drive to the beautiful city of Granada. It would be a long day but it is possible to ski and visit the Alhambra Palace on the same day.
The art and culture scene is also hot. Check out: The Folk Museum, The Mijas town art gallery, The Tamisa gallery in Plaza de la Constitucion, Foto Art in Mijas is a photography gallery, Grotto de virgin Pena, Mijas Wine museum (with wine tasting), Parque Muralla, Restaurant La Lacazaba, Mayan Monkeys Mijas (chocolate factory), The ethnological Museum.
