In the beginning of their stay (on 3/09/2017), I made arrangements in person with the guests down at Caprice Gardens in Unit 18, to take in fresh, clean towels, which I did (on 7/09/2017, just after 9:00am). I also asked the gentlemen if I can change the linens for them, they said it will not be necessary, but if they do at some point, they will let me know. I can't just enter an apartment without permission from my guests to do so. I have asked more than once, to give me a call if they need anything, or have any problems. I do my best to keep my guests happy, and help wherever I can. I never received any calls or text messages from these guests, during their entire stay. I just got a note on the table when I replaced the towels, requesting a broom and vacuum cleaner, which I did. I was never informed that the vacuum cleaner did not work properly. We have high standards, good ratings, and very good reviews at Caprice Gardens. However, I do apologize for any inconvenience caused or unhappiness in this regard.
