Great check-in experience

Recent guests loved the smooth start to this stay.
Centre of the Snowdonia National Park. Great walks from the building, top mountain bike track, white water canoeing, fishing, outdoor space, peace, and quiet. Set on a hillside beside a little stream, plenty of parking. Pub in the village and 10 mins drive from Betws-y-Coed. Lovely village shop open 7am - 7pm. . Totally self-contained with shower, toilet & rustic kitchen.

The space
Carpenters loft room has two pull out full size adult single beds. , shower and toilet. You have the place to yourself, large siting room with full size adult bunks and an extra large sofa as a fifth bed. Carpenters workshop next-door so maybe some occasional noise between 10 am & 4 pm. Rustic workman's kitchen with sink, cooker, fridge, deep freeze, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. Good parking for two cars by the door and local walks. Covered veranda by the stream with barbecue, bench, and hammock.

Please note this is not hotel accommodation, it is basic, simple, rural, warm, comfortable accommodation with made-up beds, heating, shower, kitchen, TV & WiFi at a reasonable price. The accommodation is best suited for walkers, climbers, canoeists, cyclists and those who love the outdoors and just want a comfortable, warm and productive space to put their kit and get out into the wild but don't want to camp. Great for mountain bike riders, store for bikes plus bike wash and track 10 mins from loft so no need to put your bike in the car. Bed linen and towels are provided. We live next door and will help in anyway we can to make your stay enjoyable.

This is a lovely little hideaway in one of the nicest valleys in North Wales. Great walks from the Loft. Best mountain bike track in North Wales. Go Below caving adventure in the valley. Open mike folk singing in village pub first Wed of every month..

Very rural and quite, sheep and birds for company as well as our two chickens, friendly dog called Winnie and cat called Tiggy. All our neighbours are very friendly.
