Full of Brooklyn Charm this spacious 3 bed2 bath apt is one of a kind. Super high ceilings, tons of natural light, several skylights throughout, exposed brick walls & decorative brick chimneys, wood floors.
The apt is between the Graham ave & Grand st L train. 5 min walk to train stop 5 min train ride into the city. Plenty of bars, restaurants, Cooper park, grocery & corner store walking distance and constantly changing huge graffiti wall murals to check out.

Lofted room w/brand new queen size mattress as well as a comfy pull out sofa below. Two sunny windows, desk, mini fridge & closet. Mixed modern w/rustic decor w/barn door. I currently Airbnb 2 bedrooms in my apt who share the same bathroom. Bathroom has laundry. Huge shared kitchen with breakfast bar and eat in table. Plenty of space for all your needs.
