We always strive for 5 stars, so we are very sorry you experienced anything less than a 5-Star stay. My husband and I are both always on call for our guests if any issue arises and we are always proactive, but we never received a call or email from you during your stay, even though this information was given to you in the Welcome Letter I provided, as well as posted in our Cabin. It is unfortunate that you confused my contact information (the owner) with our cleaner’s contact info or we could have addressed the refrigerator leak much quicker. Instead, you called our cleaners, who came out to check on your issue the next day, as they do have busy schedules maintaining several cabins daily. Our cleaners are NOT the appropriate person to call for a water leak, and had we (the owners) been notified of the issue by you, it would have been addressed immediately by a licensed plumber, not our cleaners.
