Neighbourhood highlights

"De Pijp" is one of the most popular neighborhoods of Amsterdam – cozy but yet cosmopolitan, trendy and diverse. This artistic area is full of fantastic cafes, lunchrooms, bars and coffee shops. As for restaurants -there is a wide selection of ethnic and exotic food to choose from - French, Italian, Turkish, Thai, Moroccan, Indian, Surinamese, Caribbean, Japanese and much more.
Shopping is also great in the small boutique stores all around us.

In the middle of trendy De Pijp area is one of the nicest parks in Amsterdam – Sarphatipark.

The city’s most famous outdoor market is here - Albert Cuypmarkt. It attracts thousands of visitors every day, and with over 300 stalls you can find there anything - food, flowers, clothes, furniture, art...

Heineken brewery (Heineken Experience) is here as well. Heineken's rich and successful history has been presented in their old defunct brewery with several amusement park attractions added to the exhibit.

You are just 5 min. away from Amsterdam's finest arts - the Rijksmuseum, van Gogh and the Stedelijk museum at Museum square, as well as the famous Concertgebouw concert hall.

The RAI Congress Center and WTC are also close by and the trip to the airport takes only 25 min.
