Welcome to Trent House, our modern three-bedroom new build home, set in Stone.

Just a 10-minute stroll from Stone town centre, the property is reached via a level pavement leading directly to the high street. To the rear, private access opens onto the canal path, turn left for a collection of charming pubs, or head right for a scenic walk into town.

Our fully furnished home sleeps five, and is ideal for larger families and corporate guests.

The space
Set over two floors, Trent House offers a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, new lounge furniture, and a dining area for all guests.

The ground floor features a utility space with washer-dryer, sink, and WC. Upstairs are three bedrooms - king, double, and single, plus a bathroom with bath and shower.

Guests have exclusive use of the property, with parking for two, a secure gated garden, and private key safe access.
