your own personal space -lockout room/full bath/kitchenette ~on the bus route and the bike path located in City Park. You can walk to the lifts in 5min, Main St., theaters, many restaurants, grocery stores, climbing/gyms nearby. good for solo adventurers or couples, no smokers please.

The room is clean, comfortable with comfortable memory mattress, all new appliances. Private entrance, tile and rugs, remodeled bath. Parking available upon request

The space

While the room is a smaller space and is ideal for 1 person or a couple, it is a bit of a squeeze but manageable for 2 people sleeping separately.

There is a new futon that is firm but comfy and extra linens/comforter in the closet. The room is newly remodeled, super clean and has the creature comforts you need to make your stay a good one. new mini-fridge, water filter, microwave, dishes/utensils, Keurig coffee maker and hot water pot, water filter, new ceiling lighting. New TV with Chromecast device, access to Netflix and any of your streaming preferences from home.

New tile floors- cool in the summer but can be chilly on bare feet in the winter - so please bring slippers : ) We use softened water and a tankless water heater. There is a water filter to use for drinking and filling the coffee maker/hot pot. There is centralized heat we keep anywhere between 58 during the late night/ peak day and 65 in the waking hours and evening. The room also has a space heater. In the summer months, there is a window fan under the bed if you need to cool off the room. Tile floors are lovely in the summer as they keep the room cool.

There is 1 full bed and a 1 futon-

Please do not bring your bike inside
I recommend leaving your bike in the car and you can park in front of my door for added security

TV with NETFLIX, Chromecast and wireless internet

Newly remodeled room with rugs and tile. Please bring slippers and leave your shoes/boots on the mats- this will make your stay more enjoyable and protect the rugs. Located just outside the door you will find a bike path that takes you to Main Street, City Park, free bus service, loads of restaurants and a local Indie and a commerical theater, hundreds of miles of single track just outside your door. Sundance puts on free movie screenings in City Park too and Mountain Town Stages non-profit hosts live music all around town and the Sunday market on Main St. I'm sorry I cannot allow bikes in the room or pets on the premises. Keeping your bike in your car would be the best option. If you need other options, just ask and I will do my best to accommodate you as I love riding my bike from my condo. A bike stand and hose is available to you - just let me know if you need access to them.

outdoor light is for your use and please turn it off once you are in for the night.

- coffee/hot beverages are for your enjoyment. Please take care when using hot pot, coffee maker. All you need for simple eating although the food is so good and so many restaurants -many of them within walking distance. If you are preparing food in the room, please be sure all food scraps go in the trash - as food will clog the drain.

- its condo living~ Please keep your voices low at night when returning to your place. Sound travels through the walls and walkways to your room. If your window is open, please keep noise to a low level. Quiet hours from 10pm-6am. Please keep TV and music volume to a respectable level. Neighbors are pretty friendly. A nice family lives in the condo one side and the owner of her condo lives part time in the lockout of the other. Nights are pretty quiet, please contribute to this good night sleep for all : ) which means a better day skiing, biking, adventuring. *In the summer, my neighbors may stay up later and enjoy being outside. You might hear them later esp on the weekends- If you are heading to bed early, place a fan in the window which will drown the sounds.

- smoking is not allowed on premises. Please DO NOT smoke anywhere on the premises. We have worked hard to enforce this for better community quality of life. If you plan to smoke, please take a walk and enjoy park.

text anytime if you need anything. Usually one of us will be living in the condo attached to the lockout room.

I've stayed in Bethany's place 3 or 4 times now. I travel for work and though the place isn't big, it's all I need. What brings me back again and again, however, is Bethany. She delivers. She responds immediately to emails and texts, and she's such an awesomely positive spirit that I've become loyal to her great service.

Great location. Cutest place ever! Immaculate. Friendly. First class! All the right amenities and special touches to make you feel right at home! Bethany communicated well and greeted us upon arrival. It's close to hiking, biking, parks, shops, restaurants, all of Park City's greatness! I cannot wait to come back and stay again as I love Park City and this place is adorable!

It's small (as the host is very up-front about). But it's adequate for a place in Park City. Just a short walk or bus ride and you're on Main Street, but there's stuff to do off Main Street too! Everything was easy and well explained.

Perfect Location! My wife and I had an amazing time in Park City and this was a perfect launching pad to everything the city has to offer. Close to downtown, close to public transportation and Bethany's place has everything you need. Great spot

Bethany was a great host. She was very communicative and I could tell she was happy that I was visiting her town. The place is right next to the city park and I was able to catch a free outdoor concert shortly after I arrived. It's a 10-15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to restaurants and nightlife. The place is very small and well-appointed. I enjoyed my stay very much. PS. The foam mattress is firm and very comfortable. You might end up staying in bed the whole time you're there.

I moved to Park City in 2000 from Breckenridge and just love it! Mountains, trails, snow, seasons, wildlife, FILM, fantastic community and guests, so many creature comforts our little mountain town offers are some of the many reasons why I've stayed!
I travel for play and work and always so happy to return home! I live in the condo that is attached to the lockout mini-studio and a friend stays in my condo when i am out of town. It's a small and basic condo but I've stayed here for the location. You can walk, bike or take the bus anywhere in town!
I'm new to AirBNB but have travelled extensively and have a good idea of what people want in a home away from home. Please let me know if you have suggestions of how I can make your stay better for you. I want you to have an amazing time during your visit!
