It is ideal for 2 people (about 55 m²) and is located on the 2nd floor.

Distance to tram line 7 approx. 210 m. Transfer to the S1 and S6 S-Bahn trains currently on Philipp-Reis-Straße via the replacement bridge and bus 80 on Hupfeld-Straße

The space
Our holiday apartment (51 sqm) can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people with a sitting area and a bookcase, a living room/bedroom with sleeping accommodations for 2 more people (a bunk bed and a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub, hairdryer and towels.
The house is located on a side street in the Böhlitz-Ehrenberg district. The apartment is on the 3rd floor / attic floor.
There is a small sitting area in the area of the house entrance.

Public parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment.
